Default performance springs

how much would it cost to install a set of springs to 2000 civic

In my area $120 CAD + alignment.... make sure you do alignment everytime you touch that suspension.

more than that around here. closer to $200 and then about $60-80 for an alignment.

well depends. What kind of springs do you have? If they are direct replacements then 150-200 sounds about right. Then the alignment is another 40-60 bucks. A lot of places won't install stuff you bring them. Find a mom and pop mecahnic. Or, you could save that money and try it yourself?? It'd not that hard.
