Default Quality Lug Nuts

The lugs on my '07 Civic are already rusting. Any recommendations on some good ones that don't cost $100+ (Rays)? I would prefer something that does not require a special tool. The closer to stock the better.

The car is white with stock EX rims (see sig). Should I stick with chrome or has someone tried a different color that looks good. Not sure you can do much with a white car and silver rims.

most aftermarket ones will be around $100, atleast for a decent set. a locking set can cost more. 949racing has a good set but they arnt locking.

Guess I'll have to bite the bullet and dump the C-note or watch my rims rust. Thanks for the help.
