Also i wanted to know with the suspension i have is it ok for me to have more than 2 ppl in my car bc if not yo i got to swap this out any advis would be great and thanks for taking the time to read this

Do you have stock wheels? How low of a drop is it? Crank the steering wheel and take a look at where the interference is happening. Is the tire rubbing on the suspension component or the fender?

yeah there shouldn't be an interferance, i have a 2 inch drop on my car with seventeens and i have no problems, see if theres somethings loose in the fender well.

u might need to roll your fenders, cause 2.75inch drop with 15s is really low

195/60/15 is too big for your car.....even at stock height.
you need a 50 series tire.

the bouncing means your shocks are blown

KYB GR2's aren't really that great for a drop around 2"

It ain't low until you're tucking a lug nut

Okay, back on-topic. The bouncing means either your shocks are blown or they flat-out don't have enough damping power to cope with the drop. If the shocks are new, I'd say it's probably the second one. I had KYB AGX adjustable shocks; the warranty is void if you use them with a drop lower than 1.5", but hey... void warranties and blown shocks are the prices you have to pay if you wanna be a lowrider

Are the wheels 15x6? 15x7? What's the offset (it should be stamped on the back of one of the spokes)? I had 17x7's on my old civic and that **** was slammed... I had no rubbing problems. Basically, I'm saying if I can do this:

You should be able to fit 15's with no problems whatsoever.

(I'm such a photo ***** )
