I have a 95 civic ex, I broke my rf axle the other day and put a new one in yesterday. A freind of mine really did the bulk of the work but when we took it out for a test drive the darn thing broke at the end of the street. We pushed it back home took it off went to autozone did the whole job again and when i let out the clutch it did not even go one inch and POW, that one broke. We are going to it again today but I wanted to ask if anyone with more experince than us has any input. My freind is a experinced tech. He does this for a living and he is stumpped. Please HELP!!!!!!!!!

 

sounds like a serious alignment issue to me. Do you have a swap in it? If so what mounts are you using?

 

Sounds like your mounts could be shot to hell so much it's putting your axle at a weird angle. Either that or something's wrong on the wheel end, but last time I seen this it was the tranny mount being gone completely.
