I had skunk2 dampers and ebay adjustable coilover sleeves on my rex. I was pleased. You could do that for under $400. Then tower bars.

your best bet is Eibach Sportline springs and some Blue Tokico Struts. Gives a great ride and these are both quality companies with high quality dependable products.
Est. price $400- $600.

The absolute best suspension for the money is Progress CS-2 coilovers.

$555 SHIPPED from JDM Honda Parts, Lancer EVO, WRX STi, Ralliart 09+, Acura.

Impossible to beat. Well known and reputable company, high quality part, adequate spring rates and a price that simply cannot be beat.

Don't get anything Skunk2 unless you want a crappy ride. It makes no sense to me at all to buy shocks and springs when you can get a really damn good coilover kit for just ~$100 more...
