Default Best run for my money?

So I have a 98 Civic EX with 115,000 miles (predicted for when I intend to sell) and I'd really like to get the most money I can out of it. However, it has a small crack in the bumper, the paint isn't perfect, but could be easily repaired. It has small "acorn dents" in some places. Everything mechanically is great except A/C and passenger window. The headlights are little overdue for a change as well, so what are my best options to get close to 4,000 out of it without losing a huge amount of money? =S

Try to fix the little things and hope the next person doesnt mind the rest of the things for the price you ask for it

depends what exactly is wrong with the a/c
that could mean all the difference in the world in whether it just has a leak and needs a new piece of pipe or if it is completely f'd up

Compressor clutch doesn't engage, probably simple fix, just really inexperienced in that department and don't want to risk having the freeon leak out everywhere.

many places offer free a/c check. might help sell it if you can tell the person exactly what's wrong with it
