rim question
at stock height with the proper size tires (205/40-17), you'll have absolutely no problems whatsoever. Now, in the future if you decide to lower it, you might run into rubbing problems depending on the offset of your wheels. To avoid rubbing, wheels on a civic should have at least a +38mm offset (Up to a 17" wheel... anything bigger and it's almost a guarantee that you'll have rubbing problems due to the width of the wheel). Last summer, I had my 17's (+45mm offset) tucked so much that the rear fenders were almost at the lip of the wheel. I had no rubbing problems (then again, I didn't bother with a camber kit or anything).
