RE: Springs
search search search.......but a set of Tein S-Tech will run you about $160 and it’s like a 1.8 drop but they work with your stock shocks and you don’t need a camber ki,unless you want just for piece of mind. Here are 4 links from people that have already installed them on here, myself, mynmisoli, 97_nw, and x2100

RE: Springs
it all really comes down to spring rates and what you are looking for in a ride. s-techs are usually what a lot of people get who are either looking for a nice look to their ride with a softer spring rate. Also, you can use s-techs with stock shocks, so if you dont want to spend a lot of money, then you can go this route.
Else, if you are wanting the stiffer ride, then go with H&R's or eibach springs. with either of those you will most likely need to replace your stock shocks.
i've heard a few people going with neuspeed springs, but those usually aren't the typical springs people like to buy.
here's a list of spring rates...i found these awhile ago...guessing most are still accurate. these apply to the 6th gen civics.
