Springs Change

Hey guys
Just wondering if anyone can give me info about how to change the rear springs on a honda civic 94 sedan manual...

Any help will much appreacited thank u in advanced...

Also, I highly recommend your getting a factory service manual. You can sometimes find used ones on Ebay.
