i have lowering springs on my civic and i want to change back to stock springs. i have a 98 civic ex. where could i find cheap new/used springs that would fit at low cost i dont have a ton of money. and what year stockcivic springs will fit my 98 civic ex?

another choice would be to post here in the "Wanted" ads. someone may be willing to trade.

 

autozone, or a place like that should carry them, if not you might wanna try you local dealer

ya any spings from a 96-00civic will slap right on no problem.
sometimes cheaper on ebay to buy the complete used strut/spring assembly.... then you dont have to mess with a spring compressor at all!

 

I'm almost positive the 92-00 springs are the same, so any springs from a 92-00 civic will work just fine.

 

i dont think so.... at least the top hats for 92-95 are different than 96-00 not sure if its the springs or the tophats.... BUT im pretty sure the springs are.... cause when you buy lowering springs they say 96-00 or 92-95 ya know
