So oh my passenger side i can almost fit my fist between the tire and the fender (quite the wheel gap eh?) and on the driver side i can't get it anywehre close. One of my friends mentioned my driver side is sitting alot lower and now that i look, i notice it too. Any reason for this? What do you guys think is wrong and what can i do to fix it? If its the springs, i'm getting S-Techs within the month, so could i just install them and that would fix the problem? Possibly a shock?
I've actually noticed this too on my 97 Accord (Neuspeed Sports Springs & Tokico blues) and my Civic now (Tokico springs/shocks) -- it's not a huge difference but IMO noticeable. I don't know what it is. The Tein S.Techs/Bilstein Shocks on my IS sits evenly tho.

And for your question about shocks lowering more -- I think it was mxs that disagreed w/me in another thread but from experience (and probably depends on the shocks), it may lower your car a bit more. Especially if the shocks have different perch settings.

they will ONLY lower your car if you get shocks with different perch settings, and you decide to use something other than the stock height position.

With those two out, wiggle the whole assembly out. Here you see the whole assembly just out of the car and with the spring compressors on it.
You can clearly see it in the pictures, the whole shock assembly is out of the car and sitting on the ground.

what is the difference between buying a coilover kit and (for example) the Tokico Blues and a set of S-Techs? Don't both of them replace the shock/strut completely?

coilovers are height adjustable

coilovers sometimes come with their own top hats so you don't have to disassemble/reuse your stock ones

with coliovers, is the mounting collar the adjustable part?

so with the Tokico Blues, will there be a perfroamne difference? And with the Blues, can i just get S-Techs (along with them) and be all set?

basically the location of the spring perch is adjustable.

s-techs and tokicos will be a decent combination. The shocks aren't adjustable but that should be ok for you with those springs. You shouldn't have to buy anything else.
