Strange Front-end Noise
Hello to You All...
I have a 1995 Civic Hatchback with an automatic transmission and it is making a noise that sounds like a "whump, whump, whump." The noise only occurs when accelerating; if the tranny is put in neutral while rolling or if decelerating, the noise ceases. I have recently replaced the axles and rotors. It appears to be coming from the front-end. Only thing I can figure out at this point is a faulty or sticking CV?
Any assistance or suggestions on its source is greatly appreciated.
