strut bars, do i need a torque wrench??

vadagar: I've been researching strut bars (since I have the same intake, I also have no clearance) and have decided that a 45* might be a good bet. Right now I've found a couple 90* silicone reducers like this or this that may give me that little bit of extra clearance. The only problem is that they're rather expensive, plus the piping might not go to the right place.

The rear flange nuts are 36 ft lbs or 49 nm (if thats how you roll). The front i dunno, couldn't find the spec.
