Since you want to drop it 3" I dont think there is any company out there that make 3" springs so I suggest go will coilover. It would be a good idea to get aftermarket struts/shocks too while your at it because the factory will eventually go out because it wasn't ment to go 3". Plus you will save money on alignment. It isn't a bad idea either to get front and rear camber kit since you'er going 3". This will also save you money on tires.

Coilover is the way to go if you want a 3" drop because I dont think there are any company that make 3" springs. I say that you should go with Tein springs. It lowered your car any where from 1.8 to 1.6 depending on year and it will give you better ride comfort.
