Default Suspension question

I bought a 97 Civic EX coupe 5-speed about a month ago. The last owner lowered the car by alot. On the stock 14's i have absolutely no wheel gap in fact the front for some reason sits lower than the rear. This wouldn't bother me if winter wasn't a couple of months away. I dont want the car to be gathering snow in the front when i drive. The thing that worries me the most is that when the car hits a decent size bump the cars bounces really bad. Im worried than in the winter when i hit a bump the front end is going to lose contact with the road for a split second and im going to spin out. What should i expect to have to replace to get it at a good height even stock is fine and where ill have no more bounce? I work near Tirerack in Indiana so im going there later today to get there opinion also.

ok, what I would do is take off the suspension thats been installed on the car, and go to a local junk yard, and get your self stock 98 ex suspension, and put that on for the winter. Then once again, in spring replace it. Unless, the current suspension you have now is adjustable, then you could raise the car.

uughh, they didnt cut the springs did they? I would search around some classifieds and ebay to see if anyone is selling they're stock suspension set up. Usually when people lower their cars, they have no use for stock struts/springs, so thats a thought..

I meant to say get stock 97 ex suspension not 98, even though it probably wouldnt make a difference.

I finally got a chance to put the Civic in the air and see what kind of suspension i have. Looks like its adjustable. Here are the pics for you guys and gals to see. Couldn't get the flash to turn off, STUPID THROW AWAY CAMERAS.

I already ordered a 96-98 oem bumper for the winter. It looks dumb with just the front. BTW i didnt put the front bumper on there, i would have put the whole kit on there.
