I am about to change the tie rods on my 98 Ex Coupe and was wondering if it was necessary to change the inner and outer tie rods at the same time... I just intended on replacing the outer becuase I have a little sway in my front right wheel at high speeds, it kinda feels like im floating on air and is scary as hell....
