Default Tie rod boot

Hello everyone.
The question I have for you today is: How hard is it to change that pesky boot on the tie rod? Is it even worth it to change just the boot or should I replace the entire end? How hard is that ?(the manual makes everything seem easy)

Default RE: Tie rod boot

tie rod end is so easy, there is what it looks like 2 nuts, back the one closest to the engine back a little and then the tie rod ends unscrews, Now dont back the nut closest to the engine back 2 far because u wanna know where it was so ur allighment dont get screwed up. Screw the new one on and just bring the nut back and ur done. I just did mine and it took me 10 mins for both sides
