Default 98 civic inner tie rod boot

I cant seem to find them on Oreilly auto parts web site or Napa's. I dont get off of work in time to go to a dealer, does anyone know a part number for this , or where else to get them ? The dust boot that covers the inner tie rod. Also has anyone in here used MasterPro brand tie rods ? I preffer Moog but the price diffrence is $50. each

Honda's official name is the "dust seal." Your local dealer may be willing to deliver parts to you at work, considering that you're paying full list price.

I have ordered my Honda parts to Majestic Honda once and am very happy with price even with shipping charge added, comparing to local Honda Dealer price. There is another online Honda parts store, I forgot the name for the moment.

I ordered everything from RockAuto. And the boots are called rack and pinion bellows.
