Tire Wobbles, Falls Over
I'm assuming they did. They looked it over a few weeks ago and when I went to pay them, I asked them to look it over again, so they did. When I took it to them to have an alignment, they looked it over and I'm sure the place that did the alignment looked it over as well. I'm getting close to just giving up and driving it.
There is a stretch of road that I drive a couple of times a week that is pretty bad. However, I've been driving on it since late August and my Civic just started acting up in mid February. I don't remember hitting a huge hole or anything as I'm always careful to miss as many as I can. What's weird is it only feels funny when I'm doing over 50MPH.
I went on an extended drive last night and drove on that bad stretch of road that I mentioned in an earlier post. My Civic actually felt pretty good, not great, but better than it did before the alignment. However, when I was at the very end of the bad stretch of road, I nailed a wicked bad spot with my passenger front end taking the brunt of the hit
Hopefully it didn't mess anything up.
Hopefully it didn't mess anything up.
Question: I was talking to my Dad last night about this and he said maybe there's something wrong with the steering. Could this be true? I've noticed that sometimes when I hit a little bump in the road, my steering gets thrown off and I need to recenter the car. Rack and pinion problem maybe? Or is this completely off the list of possibilities?
Ive never heard of steering causing problems like ur having...i mean yah u hit a bump going fast enough ur gonna have a reaction like that from the steering so i doubt that that could be it...ur car is crazy bro idk what else to tell ya
