Trailing Arm Bushig Tool

i live in Central Maryland [Mt Airy]
Was wondering if anyone in Maryland, South Central Pa or Northern, Va would have a "Schley 65100" Trailing Arm Bushing Tool i could "Rent"

best bet is to buy it then resell it, get back most of what you paid for.
