Tuner lugs and hub rings?
I'm planning to buy a some new wheels with tires included and in searching for the best deal I found that some of the packages came with extra stuff that some others didn't. Specifically some included tuner lugs and hub rings. What are hub rings and how do I find out the right ones to get or if I even need them? And for the tuner lugs, I understand they are lug nuts that are thinner than OE so they can fit on aftermarket wheels, but how do I know which ones to get? Does one set of tuner lugs fit all or are there specifics I need to know about the wheel to get the right lugs? Info about wheel locks would be good too...
By the way the set i'm buying is 17" tenzo mean 6 (gunmetal) with Falken ZE-512 205/40 for $949 shipped...

either way you have to get that extra stuff ( hub rings, tuner lugs...) and they will ask you what kinda of car the wheels are going on to make sure you get the right size rings and right thread lugs. the hub rings make sure the wheel is centered on the hub centric.
Can they simply be bought at a corner auto parts store (i would think so)? The hub rings sound really technical and I really suck with technical stuff, are they hard to put on properly or should I have someone mess with it for me.
Also theres been a lot of criss ross information about wether or not I should/need to get an alignment after putting on the wheels? Will it be needed? I believe the overall diameter will remain the same (185/65 to 205/40 is 23.46 inches)
