I want to put steelies back on but I can't get the hub ring off. I tried spraying WD-40 and putting a screw driver/hammer to chisel it out but they are stuck on there real good. I don't want to mess them up either.

 

Hub ring? Like that little plastic ring that comes with wheels? If so, just work on it with a screwdriver and a hammer, but don't just keep hitting at it in the same place... remember how you're supposed to do that cross-pattern thingwhen removing/putting on lug nuts? Do the same thing here
