Rattle coming from wheel area when I take off

Default Rattle coming from wheel area when I take off
Whenever I take off with the wheels turned either sharp right or left, there is a rattling sound coming from around the wheels. Is this CV joints or ball joints? or something else? Is this a serious sign that something needs to be repaired soon? (1991 Civic hatchback)

CV joints. And if they are rattling, Id stop driving until you can get to a shop... chop chop.
