Default Urban vs. Motegi / 205-40-17 vs. 215-45-17

I'm debating between 2 options and I'm wondering if you guys could get me some feedback.

I've got a white ex coupe with black tints and a very minor blue theme, if that's any help. Heard a lot of good stuff from Motegi, but not so much info on Urban. I'm pretty into the Kumho tires, but if anyone thinks of another suggestion, I'm game. Also, are there any people who might reccommend the 215's or the 45's over the 205/40?

Peace.

If those are the only 2 you like, than id say the motegi's. Also for tires look into Falken and nitto, there pricey but sticky.

I've been lookin around for a little while, and somewhere along the line I got stuck into liking the white look. After I made this post I actually got a pretty good deal with a Motegi/Kumho combo from an ebay store I was talkin to. I found some pretty good websites that did a lot of chart comparisons and reviews between different brands and models. Kumho seemed to be the best results for a price that's not too far out there. I got rear-ended last week and when I went in for an appraisal the shop I went to gave me a quote and they were totally cool with me buying a bunch of aftermarket parts (only charging me for my spending that's above the insurance coverage). I figure this is quite the good opportunity to upgrade. I'm also getting a body kit and changing my job plans to commuting by train to NYC instead of by car . I got banged up by a Buick! UGH.

Sticky is definitely good!

I said definitely do NOT go with the chrome. Chrome on a civic will make is look like a taco ride (or ricer). concerning with the motegi's, they look alright on white if that's what your into. And about the wheels, I have the exact tire and size, and to be honest with you, i'm not that impressed with the ride quality. Of course mine is lowered 2.5" so go figure. But on the traction side, they are bitchin'. (and the price ain't bad either)
