put the wider tires in the front, a front drive car would handle better that way anyway.

what size tires do you have (front and back) and what size/width/offset are your rims? and are you sure it's rubbing on the OUTSIDE?

I haven' done it yet. its still rubbing i am going to bend up the fender wall some more. i have 205-40-17 on the fronts and back but different brand. i don't remember the brand though.

alright the only way the back tire would be rubbing is if your rims are the wrong offset

yea, i can see it on the tire. the burn makrs on the outside where the tire and fender meets. i know its not on the inside. wouln't it have made noise when i put them on a year ago?

well it wouldn't have been a problem until you lowered it.

you don't know the offset of your rims, do you??

well . . . the overall diameter of your tire/wheel combo is barely larger than mine (by 0.19") and as far as section width your tires almost too narrow (I would have put a 215 on there) so that's not it. I have 205/45/16 on 16x6.5 w/ 45mm offset, and my car is dropped WAY more than yours. It does not rub in the back, and the fronts only rub on the inside at full lock
