Default weight of si wheels (2005)

so, no one answered... but I swapped out my wheels today and weighed my old wheels (with tires on them)... with tires, the wheels weigh about 42 lbs each... I'm going to guess then that the wheels weigh in about 18 lbs.. which for stock wheels isn't bad...
this is an approximation in that the tires are on the wheels...

Probably a good guess, but don't forget to account for the weight of the air in the tires. Under pressure, air has weight.

You should try to stick with wheels that are one pound per inch of wheel diameter or under. 18-lbs is a bit heavy, as my Black Racing Pros are just a hair over 16 lbs.

Most likely in the 18-20 lbs range. Found this site that has most wheel weights on it, unfortunately not your year civic though http://www.wheelweights.net/
