ya to bad the offset wasnt quite right... at least not for a lowered civic
so depending on if i can roll the rear inner fenders and/OR buy smaller tires... i might just have to sell the rims... cause NO WAY im gonna lift the car back up.LOL

thanks.... heres just a teaser until i have time to try them on the front.... i cannt run the fullset until i at least replace the one tire with a smaller tire... and ALSO need to roll the fender lip in the rear...




GOTTA GET THIS FENDER LIP ROLLED BAD!!!!!!!!! ill try and drive the car tomrow with the wheels in the front and see if they will be ok in the front as is.....

but the rear is definatly a NO NO unless i get the lip rolled... and well i might have to just cut off wheel and pliers to them i dont wanna.... BUT if i need to get them rocken to this car show saturday i will.LOL

since they wont fit on my ride im just gonna take them to the car show this saturday and slap a price on the wheels.... 200-250bucks profit is great for only 1 days work.LOL

if ur rear is rubbing, ur fronts will prolly rub...if i were u, i'd sell those wheels and buy a smaller, better looking set[8D]

 

Those look great man, good job on your work.

Some nice looking 15s or 16s would look better though. They kind of look too big for your car, but if that's how you like it man, i can't say no to quality work, and that is clean.

 

well i like the looks of 17s........ so id like to stick with them.... but on the front they only rubbed alittle. i believe it was just rubbing on a fat plastic retainer but i didnt FULLY test it out to hard... but just swearving side to side it didnt rub... just while turning and hiting a decent size bump it would rub alittle... BUT i didnt want to chance it.......
so i guess my next set of wheels will be 195-40-17s..
BUT money wise i wont have enough cash till i sell my truck... and seeing how im to freaken lazy to put it in the paper for sale
BUT ill just take the rims to this car show saturday and HOPEFULLY i can get a buyer and at least put some money in my pocket and maybe buy that fender roller.... and at least get my car ready to run some rims... the thing that gets me is ud think honda woulda rolled that fender up at least alittle..... hell if anything it comes down 1/2inch stock... they realy wanna limit you from rollen larger tires

 

just roll ur fenders. it'll be cheaper, even if u have to deal with the $250 w/e deposit. new set of tires, mounting and balancing will cost alot more than fender rolling. and like i said before, look around for some local racing forums like autox forums or w/e, im like 99% sure u'll find someone with a fender roller.

 

well the front are rubben something as well... so preaty sure these offsets aint right... since ya said they are probably 40mm and most i see are like 42mm offset
