Default wheel question

I am a semi new member. This is the first time I posted in awhile. Car pics will be coming soon!!

Anyways, I have a 99 civic and want to get rims pretty soon; however, I noticed that my rotors don't look the greatest and I am thinking about getting a new setup before I get the rims because I dont want to have sweet rims with a crappy look in the inside. What do you guys recommend I do? I really dont mind buying new rotors, pads, etc. Would I paint the calipar (sp). And for the rear, what do you do for the rear to make it look better. Say I get Brembo (i think thats the company) rotors in the front, but what would be in the back? As you can tell, I really don't know what Im talking about but any advice would help.

thanks,

Dustin

Yep, if you need new brake pads and rotors, you can change them out yourself, it's pretty easy. You can paint the calipers at the same time. If you wanna clean up the back, you can paint the drums too (black or silver please not yellow). I have a tutorial written up in the DIY section, check it out!

Hey, thanks for the advice. Just making a minor change to your drums and calipers made a big difference. Also, nice step by step breakdown in the DIY section.
