Default wheel studs & alloyes

hey er iv just bought a new set of 17" bk 318 racing alloys and ive been through lots of problems fitting them. i assume i need new "tuner lugs" for it as my standard wheel knuts are too big to fit into the holes on the wheels, but would i also need to change the wheel studs on the hub to longer bolts? and is it possible? many thanks,

ive always had to use the "tuner lugs" with aftermarket rims but i have never changed the studs you should be good just using the tuner lugs
