I have three options for the 16" wheels I'm getting next week... 6.5", 7", and 8" widths. Which would you recommend?

Also, what would be a typical tire size?

 

what is the corresponding offset of the three sizes?

 

I'm getting conflicting specs on offsets from different websites. I'm referring to the rota sliptream if that helps.

6.5" +40
7" +40 or +45
8" +48

I'm thinking of the 16x7 with a 205/45 tire. But do I go +40 or +45?
