Hey all newbie here...I just boguht a 2000 honda civic ex coupe in silver. I want to change these rims the 14 inch ones are so small. I was thinking 16 or 17's but more towards 16's since I don't want to compramise ride quality..I was thinking I wanted painted silver rims I think that would look nice...I want to stay rather cheap I also need a good quiet tire...what do you all recommend? thanks Harry
