Hey Marty wouldn;t you prefer the Spoon SW388? the Slipstream is a designe copy of them and the spoon ones actually weigh less

15inch 4 x 100 45 offset. Ultra-lightweight at a mere 8.5lbs!! The ultimate road-race wheel.

Also added, 16in 4 x 100 45 offset. The 16in wheels weigh in at 12lbs....Hurry while supplies last.
No because a wheel is a wheel and I dont want to have to drive all carefull cause i have a set of $2000 rims that i could have got the same thing with a different name on them for 1/4 the cost. Name brand stuff is for the weak willed person that chooses to not do the research to find out about other brands that work just as well and cost way less.

i heard spoon ones crack if you hit bumps, they are track wheels and are not designed for rough streets.

no because at 500 bucks a wheel you could get a whole set of slips instead.

besides, the SSR Type-C's are lighter than SW388s anyway, for cheaper.

still way more expensive than Slips, but at 11lbs for the 16x7's who cares? and like i said theyre cheaper than the SW388's

but seriously...i wouldnt spend more than 500 bucks for a set of wheels just because Slips have made me jaded.

they will. there 8 freakin lbs, u cant expect a wheel that light to be very sturdy. i'd be happy with a set of replicas that weigh like 12-14lbs or so that way i can drive everyday and also no worry as much about messin up over priced wheels. but even still as with any car or any product, its only as good as the person behind the steering wheel...
