Just bought a used 04 EX sedan, auto trans with 54K, when first starting out with a cold transmission I've noticed that there is a winning sound in the transmission, increases with speed and decreases with little speed. Does not appear to be happening when it is fully warm. Any ideas why this may be happening?

All the proper services have been accomplished by the dealership, the tranny fluid was last changed less than 10K ago. There is also a pinging noise when starting out and when the accelerator is pushed down kind of like a loose heat shield or something like that, (just a guess) has anyone experienced any of these symptoms?
