i want to fix my transmission because its making noises when i downshift. is there a site or place where i can get instructions on how i can unmount my tranny and take it apart? possibly a DIY that could show step by step.

What kind of noises?
Regular 'downshifting' noises?

ya, when the car is idle and on, it makes a weired grinding noise(thats when the car is stationary) and when i drive in first gear it makes a loud grinding noise and goes away after i shift to 2nd. but when i downshift from any gear it makes a high pitch noise(started to make noises in the past few weeks) now i want to dismount it and fix it. and maybe replace the clutch while im under the car.
