I am very new to all of this and have been doing some reading on the forums, I'm in the process of deciding exactly what I want to do to my car. No matter what I decide I really don't want to do any work to the transmission that isn't completely necessary. What exactly can a stock 5-speed automatic transmission handle as far as hp goes. Would I be able to get away with going as far as turbocharging it? Any input is appreciated.
