Question Clutch disengagement problem.

I have a 90 hatch with a D16Z6 T3/4 turbo and a 5 speed. I'm looking for some suggestion on where to go from here.

The clutch doesn't disengage. I have replaced the clutch, pressure plate, throwout bearing fork and rod, cable, and even have a different trans in there now. I did find a cracked weld on the clutch/brake pedal assembly so I welded it again then made a brace to reinforce the spot.

The only mod on the trans is a stage 2 competition clutch kit (flywheel, clutch, and plate) all new.

Well I just swapped in a new clutch bracket. That wasn't it either.

It's actually a new cable. I even checked it's length to the old one, and after testing it I removed all the rubber from it and replaced it with steel.

No the clutch is a new one but I had used the other for 10 months. The problem started with the bolt that holds the throwout fork to the shaft broke and popped a hole in the tranny case. I drove it for a week after I fixed that. I left work went to a buddys house, went to leave and it wouldn't start. I pushed the clutch switch by hand and it started, it wouldn't go into gear so I crammed it and the car started moving. So some where I lost my adjustment. I couldn't just readjust in the driveway either because it was already all the way out.
