hey guys im boosting my y8 and want to change my clutch and flywheel. wanna go with a stage 2 clutch but what flywheel. any suggestions

i was kinda wondering the same thing, but i'm not boosting at this point.. so i cant see going to a super stiff clutch, i'm hoping to get in the 150-175 hp range NA... i've seen it done, with lots of tewakin and tuning.. i really think that with time i can get this d16 faster than i "need" it, or so the wife would say.. since i'm looking at pulling my tranny in the near future to fix an input bearing issue, what kind of clutch disk, to bearing, pressure plate, and flywheel can i go to to help me achieve my goals?

Well, a lighter flywheel will help you rev faster and therefore spool the turbo faster, but unfortunately a lighter flywheel means less torque. It's kind of a give and take.

I just put an 8 pounder and a stage 3 in the Integra and I love it. I heard it was going to be really herky-jerky, but it's not bad at all. I have no idea whether it will help track times, but it sure is grippy.

The stock flywheel is a nice piece and most people will tell you not to change it.
