Default Clutch Pedal

1980 civic clutch pedal just goes to the floor. If fluid levels are right then what is it? I can start the car in first or second and go, then I can push in the clutch(all the way to the floor with no resistance) and shift it to third but thats it. I cant shift from neutral. Car was making screeching noise when you push in the clutch.

either that or you made syncronizers in transmition go bad by shifting it into gears with out clutch or you could just need a new clutch, or clutch master cylinder
