I've already been told by two different transmission specialists and my mechanic that my transmission should be rebuilt or replaced. However, the transmission was messed up before I bought the car (it had around 153,000 on it and now it has around 167,600). Maybe the previous owner was mashing the gas all of the time. What sound are you talking about?
