Default Exedy Stage 1 Clutch question

I am thinking about getting the Exedy Stage 1 Organic clutch but I read I would need to buy a performance flywheel. Is there any truth to this?

you either need to have your flywheel resurfaced or jus get an aftermarket flywheel. either will work

Ordered my clutch on Saturday. I should have it by Friday! How hard is it to put a clutch in? I changed one several years ago but I don't remember how long it took me. I would like to do it myself but I am not sure if I would be getting over my head. I know several of you have changed clutches; how long did it take you and are there any special tools I will need?

I just got a stage 1 exedy clutch kit and light weight flywheel combo for $220 on line. SOOO worth it it spools up 80% faster and it pulls harder through the entire rpm range. I would sugg. checking out some combos on line. If you want to know where I got mine let me know.

I finally got my clutch installed yesterday. I took it out last night to see what it could do and I have to say that this clutch kicks ***!!! It pulls much harder than the stock one. It is also a lot stiffer than I though it would be. It's just going take a couple of days to get used to it.
