Default Which flywheel and clutch for my b16 ?

I'm looking for a lightweight flywheel and a stage 1 clutch (I believe it's enough to handle around 190 hp) but I can't decide myself on the brand. XTD, EXEDY, ACT, FIDANZA etc... ?
I'm looking for something not too expansive but efficient.
I saw an exedystage 1 and a fidanza aluminium lightweight flywheel for around $370.00
Do you think it's correct ?

Thanks to all of you for advices and maybe some links

PS : it's kinda very important and urgent, my oem flywheel broke down .

fidanza makes a good flywheel..........i can vouch for the exedy stg1. its not a very stiff clutch but offers great holding capacity and life for the price.

I have an exedy Stage 1 and a Fidanza 7.5 lb flywheel. The pickup is great on them, I love them and havent had any problems yet.
