K20 trannys ?

I have a friend that wants to know if a 6 speed k20a tranny can be used on a k20a3 engine?

i wouldnt see why it wouldnt, i think K series is K series

i know that the k20 heads can go onto k24 blocks with some minor machine work i think so i dont see why a trans would be any different
