Default Loud transmission Plz help

hello all,

i get a loud grinding noise in all gears, but gos away when i push in the clutchor when im just cruising
but comes back when i accelerate,

yesterday i puled the trany to switch out the throwout barring, but after it was out i foundi had the wrong part[:@], i checked the old throwout at that time and it seemed like i need a new one, it spun easy, but sounded like it had no grease in it,

i was told it was the throwout, but if so why will it be ok when im cruisin,
Only when accelerating or down shifting you can here it

Definitely sounds like the throwout bearing.

You've probably got two problems. Throwout bearing is probably shot, and I wouldn't doubt that the ISB (input shaft bearing) is shot as well. Replace the throwout bearing and see if your problem goes away, if it doesn't it's the ISB which is much more of a pain in the ***.
