I have a 98 civic ex coupe Automatc. When driving i'll notice that during 2nd gear it will rev up to 3000 rpm. Is that normal? And while going up a hill rev up to 3500 rpm then shift but I'll hear it whine and it doesnt shift softly. Is it normal for the car to whine when it shift gears. Overall the car drives fine. If you need a sound click to help me find out the problem please let me know. I'm a beginner to cars. Help will be appreciated.
