Default major tranny problems

i have a 91 honda civic with a d15b2 and a 4 speed manual... it is stuck in second gear and its a cable clutch. i just baught a d16z6 5 speed trans and i think i may have bought the wrong one for my car. and what i am wondering is can i put the internals out of the 5 speed case into the 4 speed case. let me know asap in a major time crunch to get this all done and over with.

I doubt the internal parts will fit in you original casing, but the z6 tranny will bolt up just fine, just gota buy the kit for the tranny to use with cable, cuz z6 is hydraulic but forgot what it call tho, or get yo $ back and look for the correct one.

Z6 tranny = hydro.
D15 = cable tranny

Hydro conversion kit is like $250. Your best bet is to find a d16a6 tranny from an since it is a 5 speed and cable, cheap trannys and pretty easy to find. Save yourself the hassle of converting.
