Please use this in the future: https://www.hondacivicforum.com/search.asp(no offense or anything... it's just this kind of thing has been covered time and time again)

Aaaaaaaanyway...
-(obviously) Manual transmission
- Shift linkage
- manual ECU (you can keep the auto ecu, but it'll throw a CEL... )
- a new clutchkit is recommended (clutch disc, pressure plate, throwout bearing)
- shifter/shift ****
- master cylinder/slave cylinder (if they didn't come with transmission)
- Manual pedal set
- If you don't have a tach, I'd recommend you get a guage cluster with a tach (ex/Si)

EDIT: Oh, and this should help: https://www.hondacivicforum.com/m_295187/tm.htm
