Default New Engine, Clutch, and Flywheel

I'm going to drop a new engine in my EK. Anybody have experience with the exedy clutch and light weight flywheel?

Are light weight aluminum flywheels worth the extra dough? Also do they last as long as a OEM steel?

Any info will help really, just looking for a reliable clutch and light weight flywheel.

Thanks

lightweight flywheels are definitely worth it. they drastically reduce your rotating mass and you will rev quicker and put more power to the wheels.

i don't have any experience with them, but i've heard great things about exedy. i plan on getting their stage 1 clutch kit and a fidanza flywheel soon.
