Default RE: Racing Clutch

when i put my gsr motor in, i installed an Exedy stage 1 with a 9something pound flywheel, and after driving a 6-puck sprung hub ACT, i love the exedy. the 6-puck was a pain in the ***, and as long as youre not running over about 300hp, the stage 1 should be fine.

is it the whole kit? or just the clutch disc. and is it brand new? if its the whole kit, clutch, PP, throwout bearing, and pilot bearing and alignment tool, go for it. thats a smokin deal. and as for the flywheel thing, i prefer the one piece chrome-moly ones over the aluminum ones that have the teeth pressed on and the mating surface screwed on, due to the different expansion properties of the different metals, ive heard of some seperation problems with the different metals.
