SHORT SHIFTER
IS IT HARD TO INSTALL A SHORT SHIFTER IN A 98 HONDA CIVIC EX??? AND WHEN I ORDER IT OFF OF EBAY DOES IT COME WITH EVEYTHING I NEED?? IT CAME OUT TO BE LIKE $45 IS THAT INCLUDING ALL THAT I NEED?
thanks for this thread.. short shifter is my next project and im getting skunk 2(i heard good things about em).. A friend of mine as a no brand short shifter and its pretty tough so i guess if people say ebay short shifters works for them.. go for it.
what pisses me off is people bashing things without firsthand experience with it. I had an ebay short shifter for a long time and I had a B&M shifter and my bud has a skunk2, granted, the brand names are much nicer pieces, but the ebay worked just fine. They do break, but it is one in a thousand probably, just like any other part.

To answer the question about installation: It's really easy to install if you don't have a lot of rust underneath your car...
