Going to install a short shifter and thought i would check here to find the best way to do it. I got under there and looked at it and im not sure what i have to take off or what can stay. Obviously the bolt through the shifter that connects the linkage. But what else has to be done? If i take that bolt out can i just pull the old shifter out?
